5. ALMA credit payment option

ALMA is a service offering payment in instalments of 2 to 4 times - Registered office: 176 Avenue Charles de Gaulle 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine and registered with the RCS Nanterre under number 839 100 575. If you have any questions, please contact us directly online or by email: contact@getalma.eu. Only purchases between €50 and €4,500 are eligible for payment with Alma.

By paying in instalments with ALMA, the customer pays no charges. Except for payments in 4 instalments.

ALMA is reserved for individuals (natural persons of legal age) residing in France, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal.

They must hold a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Cartes Bancaires bank card issued by a payment service provider in the European Union, or a payment account held by a payment service provider in the European Union and a telephone number. In the case of payment by card, the card must be valid for at least one month after the last due date of the payment facility.

Cards with systematic authorisation, credit cards, prepaid cards, virtual cards or cards issued by an issuer based in a country outside the European Union are not accepted.

After completing the order, the customer must click on the ‘ALMA payment in 3 or 4 instalments by bank card’ button.

They are then redirected to the checkout.getalma web page displaying the summary of their order and the request for payment in several instalments, which they must then validate.

Alma may request further information from the Customer in order to authorise access to a payment facility. This request may, for example, concern the Customer's identity document or a request for access to the Customer's bank account in order to verify his/her identity or assess his/her solvency.

The Customer undertakes that Alma, as well as any assignee of the loan claim, acting directly or through a subcontractor, will be able to deduct from its means of payment the sums due on the dates specified in the payment receipt - due date. The credit will therefore be reimbursed by the Customer to Alma by direct debit from the bank card communicated for this purpose.

The Client consents to the payment facility granted by Alma and undertakes to pay according to the due date communicated by Alma.

ALMA reserves the right to accept or refuse the request for financing in 2 or 4 instalments.

The Client has a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days to cancel his free credit.

The Customer materialises his/her request for access to the payment facility by clicking on the ‘Pay in several instalments’ button (or Pay in 2 instalments, Pay in 3 instalments, Pay in 4 instalments).

Alma formalises its agreement to this payment facility by the message ‘Payment accepted’ or Verified. The Customer's order is then validated and the payment facility takes effect immediately. The Customer will then be debited directly for the amount of the deposit.

The personal data of the Data Subjects is processed with a view to the pursuit of all the aforementioned purposes and is exclusively intended for Alma's internal management services and, where applicable, its Subcontractors (these Subcontractors offering, in particular, data hosting and fraud prevention services). These Sub-Contractors are required to respect strict confidentiality, to ensure the security of the data to which they have access, to use it exclusively in the context of the missions entrusted to them and to comply with the Regulations.
