Returns
The seller accepts returns from customers within fourteen clear days, provided that the products have not been used, worn or damaged and that they include the label and/or accessories supplied with the product.
It is advisable to use the original parcel for returns, as the envelopes available do not offer optimum protection for returned items. Similarly, it is compulsory to return products by recorded delivery against signature as a minimum. Responsibility for the return transport of a product always lies with the sender.
The seller reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason that does not comply with the conditions set out in paragraphs 1 and 2. Any parcel found to be non-compliant will be returned to the customer at their expense.
All our products have a Lithium battery: this must not be left at rest at a temperature below 10°, and above all, in order to preserve its maximum capacity, must be recharged at least once a month.
In the event of a compliant return, the seller will offer the customer: A full refund for the products ordered.
For rapid processing of returns, it is strongly recommended that a copy of the invoice and an explanatory note be enclosed in the parcel.
The Rise Up company will not be held responsible in the event of negligence on the part of the customer in the procedures communicated to them.
In the case of a refund, the accessories offered or offers made to the customer will be deducted if the products are not returned in new condition. For any product offered as part of the sale and used, its price will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
In accordance with legal provisions, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your product. You do not need to give any reason, but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We will reimburse all sums paid within 14 days of your withdrawal. At our suggestion, you may also opt for another method of reimbursement.
